Nick likes riding our new Expresso bikes as it offers him the ability to race against his previous times using whats called the ghost rider. There are also so many different courses I can follow to keep the workours fun, safe, and effective. You have to accept the fact that sometimes the ghost is going to beat you and other times you will beat the ghost.
