Come Experience ROC & REBOUND Strength Training group fitness class- exclusively at Howfit. Burn 800-1200 calories by increasing your EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption) which stays elevated for 4-8 hrs after the class due to its special design, while working every muscle in your body. The Class begins with an energetic rebounding segment and then transitions into Roc-It Strength Machine Training. These specialized stations adjust to your bodies movement allowing for less stress on the joints and place more emphasis on the muscles for toning and strengthening. Also you will rev up your metabolism and cardio level with our triple threat - elliptical, rower, & bike combo. Can you imagine all of this for 1/3 the price of a personal trainer with the results to go along with it? We are with you every step of the way for 50 minutes. **Special note: If you are not able to use rebounders due to physical limitatioins, you can still enjoy the class while performing an alternate warmup in the same room.

Group Fitness - General Policies
- The use of cell phones and/or camera devices is strictly prohibited.
- Arrive 20 Minutes early if this is your first class.
- Please come to the front desk to sign release for your first class.
- This class involved jumping- please wear a sports top.
- Water and towels are recommended.
- Let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant.
- For safety reasons, there is no admittance 10 minutes after class begins.
- Please put equipment away when done.
- Entering studio is prohibitied while class is in session.
Class Reservations
- Reservations can be made online at www.howfit.com - up to 4 weeks in advance
- Cancellation for online reservation is 48 hrs in advance to avoid class charge
- In person same day signup (space permitting) is on a first come first served basis
